1C3X1:Command and Control Operations (1C3X1)

They manage command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C3ISR) during military operations. This includes air traffic control and targeting, air strikes, and other communications.

Military Duties:

dentifies, maintains surveillance, and assists in controlling aerospace objects. Operates aerospace control and warning systems equipment, and simulation equipment. Interprets and reacts to radarscope presentation and to generated console displays. Compares and reports track positions based on flight data or database files. Assists in weapons control and performs surveillance, data link, identification, and data management functions in aerospace systems. Tears down, loads, unloads and erects equipment and components. Performs as a crew member of an operational unit in functions of air weapons control. Responsible for safety of flight for air operations being controlled.

Manage and operate Command and Control Battle Management Operations, including functions involving electronic countermeasures (ECM) and counter-countermeasures (ECCM), surveillance, data link management, identification and weapons control Provide radar control and monitoring of air weapons during offensive and defensive air operations Maintain maximum radar sensitivity using ECCM techniques to eliminate degradation caused by electronic warfare (EW) activities or other influences
