Military Duties:

Check air crewmembers in before a flight and check them out and help debrief them once they have returned. Preflight duties include making sure aircrews and parachutists have met all safety, physical, and gear requirements prior to takeoff. Coordinate crews with tail numbers, pass on important weather information and give updates on current aircraft status. Record daily flight mission and jump data which includes takeoff, in-flight and landing status reports. Coordinate a squadrons information with other area specialties on the airbase to help achieve overall mission objectives and seamless airfield operations.
